Roll Handling
Stanford offers a range of roll handling equipment designed to provide for more efficient loading and unloading of rolls, while minimizing the physical strain on operators. Our roll handling equipment is sturdy and capable of handling roll weights up to 1200 lbs. Hydraulic, pneumatic and electrically actuated options are available, with a full range of controls from manual to fully automatic. We allow for complete interfacing with robotic and conveyor belt systems.

Model T600P
Designed to handle up to 600 lbs. per shaft, the Model T600P is rotated manually and indexes pneumatically.

RL-100
Self-contained compact design is extremely portable and well-suited to restrictive workspaces. Will handle roll diameters from 8" (203.2 mm) to 40" (1016 mm) and weights to 800 lbs.

Model T1200EA
With a capacity of 1200 lbs. per shaft, this model rotates and indexes automatically. When used in conjunction with Stanford's roll pushers, the Model T1200EA facilitates roll unloading with the push of a single button.
This model can be supplied with or without the fully automated feature.
